FAQs

• Is postage included? - The subscription service includes free UK postage. If you sign up for a subscription from outside of the UK your total monthly subscription price with postage and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

• Is there a mimimum subscription length? - The minimum subscription length is 2 months for monthly subscribers, or 2 quarters for quarterly subscribers. You can then pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

• When will my subscription be shipped? - Your subscription will be dispatched 1 to 2 working days after your first order is placed and then every month or quarter 1 - 2 working days after your subscription payment has cleared.

• Can I use a discount code on my subscription? - As the subscription prices are already heavily discounted they cannot be combined with any discount codes.

• Which month's subscription box will I receive? - If you start your subscription from the 1st to the 27th you will receive the current month's box. If you start your subscription from the 28th to 31st you will receive the next month's box.

• Can I pay for my subscription in advance? - You can purchase a prepaid 6 month or 12 month subscription in advance. You will make one payment in full for your chosen subscription length (plus any delivery costs if you are outside of the UK) and your subscription box will be then be delivered once a month for your chosen term.

• Can I gift a subscription? - If you would like to gift a subscription you just need to change the delivery name and delivery address to send to your gift recipient. You can do this with the monthly, quarterly or prepaid 6 and 12 month options to suit your preferred subscription method. If you would like to add a gift message to the first subscription then you can pop this in the gift message box in your cart.
