No quibble 30 day returns
If you change your mind, or your gift wasn't quite what that special someone wanted, please don't worry.
I have a no quibble 30 day returns policy, so if for any reason the item you ordered isn't for you please feel free to return it to me for a refund.
To request a return simply contact me gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk and I will provide you with the details.
Please note that customers are responsible for return postal charges.

Lifetime Repairs
To be a more sustainable part of your jewellery collection all Little Gems Jewels products are built to last, so that you can wear them for years to come or pass them onto someone else to enjoy wearing too.
If for some reason your jewels get damaged, or you need something altered so that you can continue to wear them, I offer a lifetime free of charge repair service. If you have lost a gemstone I will do my best to find a replacement at no cost to you, but if I need to source a stone there may be a small charge of £5.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost of sending items to me for repair and I will then cover the cost of returning the repaired item to you.
