Refund policy

I have a no quibble 30 day return policy, so if for any reason the item you ordered isn't for you it can be returned to me. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To arrange a return please request a return through your order on your account page. 

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 48 Wingfield Road, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 3HH.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately by email gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make this right for you.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item then please contact me to arrange the best way to organise this for you gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received your return, and let you know when the refund was processed. Your return will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 - 2 business days of confirmed receipt. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since I processed your return, please contact me at gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
