Refund policy
I want you to love your jewellery. But if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, I have a no quibble 30 day returns policy and I'm here to help.
Changed Your Mind?
If you would like to return an item, please contact me at gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- In the original packaging where possible
- With any tags or accessories included
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return has been received it will be inspected in 1 - 2 business days, before a refund is processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear after being processed, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photograph where possible
I will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and will cover any reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
Sensitive Skin & Comfort Guarantee
My jewellery is designed and made with sensitive skin in mind. However, individual sensitivities can vary.
So for extra peace of mind, if you find that any of my jewels don't suit your skin you can return them to me within 30 days for a refund. Please contact me at gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk for more information.
This applies to all Little Gems Jewels including stud earrings. Please note that I do not resell worn jewellery, but can recycle the gemstones into new designs.
How to Start a Return
Simply email gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. I will provide instructions for returning your order.
For items supplied by my brand partners, returns may be handled in collaboration with the partner to ensure the quickest and most appropriate resolution.

EU 14 day cooling off period and order withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your order can either be cancelled up until the time it is fulfilled, or returned to Little Gems Jewels for a refund. You can use the EU Withdrawal Order Form or email me gemma@littlegemsjewels.co.uk to request your cancellation.
