A smooth gemstone bead sits within a polished Hematite ring and moves freely around the central bar. You can gently spin the stone while wearing the necklace, creating a simple, repetitive movement that can provide a comforting point of focus without looking like a traditional fidget accessory.

The delicate design allows it to be worn as an everyday necklace, whether or not you are using the spinning feature.
